Conditions of sale
Before dispatch of your order Higher Fingle Farm must have received the full payment, in return we will undertake to pack and deliver your order as soon as
possible. Higher Fingle Farm shall not be liable in any way for any delay in the delivery of the
product to the customer by the courier. Higher Fingle Farm is not in any respect responsible for the
performance of the courier.
Use of this site is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Your use of this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as at the date of your
first use of the site.
2. Higher Fingle Farm reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time by
posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your
