 At last the days are lengthening and it is getting warmer! Although the snow and frost has been hard work for Nevil on the farm we have enjoyed lots of sledging!
At last Elsa's eggs have made the shelves in Waitrose, which is a fantastic achievement to reach their exacting standards! We are slowly increasing the places you can buy the eggs, so now you can look out for them at Abel and Cole, Riverford Farmshop, Drewsteignton Post Office as well as other shops and deli's in the South West. Of course you can still buy online and have them delivered by courier along with your meat delivery. There is also a new website with lots of recipes and tips for duck eggs. As usual it's a joint venture between Rona and Henry (little brother) so it will be added to in the coming weeks, but take a look and let us know what you think to our new image.http:/ www.elsaseggs.co.uk
