At Higher Fingle Farm we are looking forward with great excitement to 2009! After a successful Christmas where we dispatched some fantastic meat to many lovely customers, we are now getting to launch the newly packaged Elsa's Eggs with the launch in waitrose scheduled for the 23rd Febuary. The laying flock has been increased in size, which means our daily chores have changed to include egg washing and packing on a much bigger scale! Unfortunately Elsa and the children leave Mum and Dad to do much of this when they are at school, although they are enjoying designing their new website!
 After a few days break the poultry is back in full production so please browse through our product ranges and maybe share a box with a friend to make the delivery even more cost effective, we also continue to support our local markets at Hittisleigh (2nd Sat) and Tedburn St Mary (3rd Sat).
