With lots of lush organic grass about now our Hebridian lamb is in tip top condition. The Hebridian is a native rare breed that is a smaller sheep with a very flavoursome meat, lower fat cover, but exceptional tender. By ordering a 1/2 organic lamb box for your freezer gives you an opportunity to try a range of cuts at fantastic value. You can specify how you want your lamb butchered or have our standard joints, chops and mince box.
When the sun is shining and you are thinking about firing up the BBQ don't forget to order lots of drumsticks and wings. Great value and exceptional flavour and so versatile!
