Speciality Lamb
Our flock of traditional rarebreed Hebridians was established in 1993. These ewes are crossed with a suffolk ram to give the lamb an incredible flavour, but with less fat than a modern breed. All our sheep are completely grass fed - we have never fed concentrates! The lambs are butchered with care locally, hung to increase it's superb taste, then cut and packed to your specification.
  Gloucester Cows
At higher Fingle we are the proud owners of the Zeriba herd of rarebreed Gloucester cows, a quiet tempered cow that is classed as dual purpose (good for both for milk and meat). We keep the heifers and best bulls for breeding and the surplus are reared for beef production that are sold in beef boxes during the summer and autumn.
