At Higher Fingle Poultry Abattoir we offer a full processing service at the highest welfare standards. 
All birds are Dry Plucked, Waxed and Hung in a
temperature-controlled environment for a minimum of 24 hours. They are
then carefully eviscerated and packed by our skilled team.
Higher Fingle Farm is licensed to process organic poultry by the Soil
Association.
Higher Fingle is an MHS Licensed abattoir, which means that every bird
is inspected to ensure that it is fit for human consumption. It means
that any of our products can be sold in shops, restaurants and markets
nationally.

poultry are fit and not diseased or injured before booking. A short
form describing Age, Feeds and any Mortality will be required on
delivery (organic poultry will require additional paperwork).
