As this mutton is from our Hebridian cross sheep it has the fantastic
flavour of mature meat but not excessive fat that is sometimes found in
more lowland sheep breeds. These sheep have never been dipped or
injected and they have only ever been fed grass which gives the most
succulent tasty meat.
- 2 leg joints (ie 1 leg cut into 2 joints of approx 1.75kg each)
- 1 boned and rolled 1/2 shoulder joints
- 1 1/2 shoulder diced
- 10-12 chops in packs of 4.
