Elsa's organic Duck Eggs where created by the 5 Amiss children at Higher Fingle Farm. Wanting their own enterprise that didn't envolve killing poultry they hit on Organic Duck eggs. These eggs have large orange/yellow yolks with a divine creamy flavour. Perfect used just like hens egg boiled, fried or used for fantastic cakes and meringues. Elsa, the mastermind behind the idea, favourite way is poached on an toasted English muffin.
In fact these eggs are so good they are award winning!!
We promise to wrap them carefully and try to get them to you in perfect condition, but we can not take responsibility for the courier! (So far we haven't had any problems....)
