These turkeys are Kelly bronze poults that give the best tasting turkeys ever! Lovingly reared to Organic Farmers and Growers standards by Marilyn Brookes just over the hill at Cheriton Bishop, then prepared in our high welfare Abbattoir. Dry plucked and then hung for a minimum of 7 days. Fantastic!
