Shopping Tips at Higher Fingle Farm
All items are cut to order, so if you have any special requests please just make a note at the checkout in the field provided.
Each item is vacuum packed and labelled to ensure safe delivery.
The order is placed in an insulated box packed with ice.
We are now using woolly Shepherd insulated boxes detailed instructions will be sent with the box on how you can help to recycle the liners if you would like to read more try looking at Higher Fingle Blog
Orders can be collected from the farm and we will contact you to arrange a time. Just click the collection box when you proceed to checkout.
National Mailorder (UK mainland only)
The order is sent by courier on a next day delivery service, unless you request a special service, which is delivered by 12pm the next day.
When we receive your order we will contact you by telephone or email to arrange delivery. We try to despatch your order within 7 days, assuming we have the products in stock. A delivery date will be confirmed when the order is placed.
All orders are despatched Tuesday - Thursday. The delivery charges are as follows:
Up to £70 spent - £11 delivery charge
£70-£140 spent - £8 delivery charge
Over £140 spent - FREE delivery
Additional delivery charge (not discounted for goods value) will now be added for Scottish highlands which include following postcodes AB DD PH PA PH IV KW This is at cost and currently are £8 + 90p per kg
A Saturday delivery can be arranged (charged at cost)
Changing your mind?
As we understand that often circumstances change, if you want to change your mind do please contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible and as long as we know before the day of arranged dispatch we are happy to refund you your payment.
